Does my new make-up make me glow?

Here is a photo of me. Can you see how happy I am! I couldn't resist taking photos of myself since my best friend did my make-up that night and I thought she did a great job. Plus, I'm a ham and taking photos is just fun! Period. Any excuse for photos! I wondered if that night would begin the greatest years of my life......

I told my best friend that evening, "I think I'm pregnant." I had thought I was pregnant other times before, but never really had that gut feeling. This time I had it. I told her I didn't have my period, yet I kept having little cramps down there. It was really wierd! I said it must be my abdomen expanding.

We were getting ready to go out for the evening- which is why she did my make-up. When we got to the venue, she and some friends bought me a drink. I took it but only had one single sip! (I'm not a drinker as it is! I do enjoy a sweet drink, any kind of chocolately dessert drink, or a nice glass of wine from time to time. ) I told my friend, I'm not going to drink it- I was resisting because I really believed I was pregnant!

Do you know what is funny? Only a month before, while working with my best friend and her boyfriend, I said "I want to be married with a child in one year." (I've always wanted to have at least three kids. I had this crazy concern if I didn't get started soon- I might not have enough time!)

The law of attraction (which has some good points; I just don't believe in the New Age mentality part of it), Joyce Meyer and other inspirational speakers always say to speak postive things. They say start speaking the positive things you want in your life as though you have them in the present.

I guess you'll have to wait and find out if that method worked. . . (Even though I wasn't trying to put any method into practice- I was just telling my friend "I'm ready to get married and have children!")
